Jul 1 @ 7:30 pm – 10:30 pm

SCREEN DOOR PORCH delivers a Wyoming-grown fusion of Roots-Rock, Country-Blues and soulful Americana akin to “Stevie Nicks meets The Band, with Ryan Adams and Bonnie Raitt hanging out backstage” (605 Magazine). It’s grooving, electrified porch music adorned with the soulful pipes of Seadar Rose and propped-up by Aaron Davis’s gritty slide guitar, quirky banjo pickin’ and an infectious Venus meets Mars magnetism. The core songwriting/multi-instrumentalist pair evoke a downhome vibe with rustic harmonies and “a sort of Lennon/McCartney arrangement and get it right every time” (Americana UK), yet the rawness of their vintage country-blues heroes and the spirit of late 60s/early 70s rock and roll shine through.

Bubba Sparxx @ The Town Square Tavern
Jul 1 @ 10:00 pm – Jul 2 @ 1:00 am

This is going to be a special treat and an amazing fun show!

Booty, booty, booty, booty rockin everywhere…

It seems like Country Rap is starting to take over mainstream. With the recent success of Colt Ford and The Lacs along with current “rap style” hits by country mega stars Jason Aldean (Dirt Road Anthem), Toby Keith (Red Solo Cup) and Tim McGraw (Truck Yeah), one would think that this is a new concept. But if you are a true hip-hop historian you would recall that this movement actual began in 2001 with the release of Bubba Sparxxx’s debut album “Dark Days, Bright Nights”. The video for the first single “Ugly” featured Bubba and pals in the mud with pigs, on tractors and performing in front of a house covered with bug lights. If that’s not the epitome of Country, then nothing is.

Jul 3 @ 10:00 pm – Jul 4 @ 1:00 am

Tom Bennett One Man Band: Resonator Guitar, Harmonica, Vocals, Foot Percussion (Suitcase and Tambourine)

Tom Bennett is an authentic folk blues one man band. Born and raised in the rural North Georgia Countryside, Tom was given his first harmonica by an old lady from West Virginia at 9 years old. Many long hours were spent on the hayfields of Eagle Crest ranch learning the blues. Tom left the south and headed west seeking religion at age 19. He fell in with Mormon Polygamists, studied Tibetan Buddhism and eventually became a cocaine dealer in Salt Lake City. He was arrested at 26 years old and after going through rehabilitation and the legal system Tom decided to make things right and began working for the Boys and Girls Club. He was a club Director when, at age 32, on April 7, 2013 he began playing the guitar. He was discovered by a nationally touring blues band and invited to join them on the road as the opening act. Tom has stayed on the road since completing many national tours after having recorded his debut album “The Man Who Shook The Trail of The Devil’s Hounds” on Sweet Salt Records. When he is not on tour he rests in the Southern Utah desert near the town of St. George.
